Continued Client Contractual Wins
AHT’s subsidiary, Engine Carbon Clean (“ECC”), has acquired new clients, notably a major environmental engineering firm, RSK Group, with whom we have a long-standing relationship, as well as Fishers, a commercial laundry company. The acquisition of these clients underscores the relevance and market demand for our technologies. We are also continuing discussions with several other prospective clients, some of considerable size that present vast potential.
RSK Group
Following the successful completion of testing with 1stInrail, we have observed initial positive momentum, with better results than those achieved at Millbrook. Given that the RSK Group encompasses over 200 companies, we are optimistic about the potential to expand this partnership.
Fishers
We have initiated a promising collaboration with Fishers, a commercial laundry firm based in Scotland. After performing emissions testing and servicing part of their fleet, preliminary outcomes indicate that ECC can significantly contribute to their emissions reduction goals while also enhancing fuel efficiency.
DB ESG Freightliner Test
Testing of the Freightliner Class 66 locomotive has recently been completed. Initial feedback is very encouraging and we anticipate receiving initial results in the coming months from MIRA, the independent testing provider. However, any commercial arrangement with Freightliner.—.even if the data is favourable — is likely to entail an extended trial period across multiple units.
International Expansion
Looking forward,AHT are actively pursuing opportunities to expand ECC’s reach outside the UK. In the coming months, our team will demonstrate ECC’s capabilities in multiple international jurisdictions. We soon plan to start demonstrating ECC systems in the US and commercial operations in South Africa, marking a significant step toward validating our solutions on a global scale.
Funding
We have successfully secured additional funding for AHT Group. We are engaged in ongoing discussions with several interested parties considering various avenues to support our growth. This support extends beyond capital investment to include facilitating commercial opportunities and unlocking new revenue streams.
EU Grant
AHT has advanced to Phase 2 of a competitive EU grant process, an important achievement given the strict application criteria. The selection process will likely take about a year. If successful, the grant will fund accelerated project development. Judges praised AHT’s innovative, localised, on-demand hydrogen production approach.
